Orders will be processed in a timely manner.

Delivery time could range from 5 to 7 business days.

Sometimes we are out of something and we will hold order

for arrival of a product.  If you need your order by a specific time,

please put  that in customer notes. Thank you in advance.

We ship by three methods:

We try to ship orders the same day we receive them,

orders placed over the weekend will be processed

the following Monday. We do reserve the right to

choose how we send your order with one of the

three carriers metioned above, unless you specify

in the notes which carrier to use.  However we do not

work for the carriers, so we can not control when you

receive your order. We can offer a tracking number.

It is up to you to be available for receiving your

packages or tracking them as they are on the way

to you.  To avoid frustration, please try to order

early, as we are sometimes out of an item or two.

We do strive to try and keep stock on every item,

however sometimes the manufacturer delays shipping us products.

 No extra charge for additional shipping on backorders.

To expidite your order please, please make sure

your billing address matches you credit card

statement.  Sometime people move and the

banks do not always change all of the locations

they need to change.
